bulletThe 1969 Burmese cachet was issued to commemorate Gandhi's birth Anniversary and was used on covers cancelled with a special cancellation on October 2, 1969.  The stamp on this particular cover is Burma's Scott #182 (Red Whiskered Bulbul, issued as part of a 12 stamp native bird set issued on April 16, 1964 - Photogravure, Perf. 13, Unwatermarked).
bulletThe 1976 Indian cachet cover was issued to commemorate the US Bicentennial at the Indian Stall of the Exhibition in Washington D.C. (May 29, 1976).  The stamp shown on the cover is part of the 4-stamp set issued by India on that occasion.
bulletThe 1978 Indian cachet cover was issued to commemorate Charlie Chaplin.  The picture depicts Chaplin meeting with Gandhi in London during Gandhi's  1931 visit to England to attend the Round Table Conference.  The stamp shown on the cover is a Charlie Chaplin stamp issued by India on April 16, 1978.
